Humanludo

The classic board game Ludo into a real-life adventure with Human Ludo! In this fun-filled, action-packed game, participants become the pawns, moving across a giant board based on dice rolls and challenges. It's not just about luck—you’ll face obstacles, tasks, and brain-teasing mini-games on your way to victory! Gather your friends, form your team, and get ready to roll the dice!

GAME SETUP

  1. The game follows the traditional Ludo rules but is played on a large board with humans as the tokens.
  2. There will be four teams, each with four players representing the four colours: Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow.
  3. A giant Ludo board will be drawn or set up on the ground, with each team starting from their respective bases.
  4. A large dice will be used to determine movement.
  5. Each team must have a captain and the captain’s decision will be considered as final decision.
  6. The complete game is based on points scored by each team.

OBJECTIVE

  1. The team who scores more points will be considered as winners.
  2. Stay Sharp! Avoid getting knocked back by rivals while strategically advancing toward victory.
  3. Coordinate, strategize, and make every move count to outsmart the competition.

GAME RULES

Team Players criteria

  1. Each team must have 4 players with one captain.
  2. The team players could be combination of boys and girls.

Starting the Game

  1. A team must roll a 6 to move a player from the base to the starting position.
  2. If the team rolls 6 then they need to perform some task based on selected chits. If the task performed successfully then the team gets next change to roll the dice otherwise the dice will be passed to next team.
  3. A team can have multiple players on the board simultaneously.

Movement Rules

  1. Players move based on the dice number rolled.
  2. Only one player can move per turn.
  3. If a 6 is rolled, the team can either:
    1. Move an existing player forward
    2. Bring a new player out of the base to the starting poin
    3. Roll the dice again

Capturing the Opponent

  1. If a player lands on an opponent's position, the opponent is sent back to their base and must roll a 6 to re-enter.
  2. The player who died in that move his or her points will be added to the team who killed that player.
  3. A team cannot capture their own teammate.
  4. If a player lands on a safe zone (marked spaces on the board), they cannot be captured.

Safe Zones

  1. There are four designated safe zones on the board where players cannot be sent back if landed on.
  2. The starting and home zones are always safe.

Reaching Home

  1. A player must roll the exact number needed to enter the home area.
  2. If the number is higher, the player must wait until they roll the exact number.

WINNING CRITERIA

  1. The team with maximum score will be considered as winner.
  2. If time runs out, the team with maximum score will be considered as winner.
  3. In case of a tie, re-match will be taken for 5 mins between those teams. The team with maximum score will be considered as winner.

FOULS & PENALTIES

  1. • Unfair Play: If a team attempts to cheat, they get one warning; a second offense results in disqualification.
  2. • Skipping Turns: If a team misses their turn, they must wait until their next scheduled turn.
  3. • Delayed Play: Teams must roll the dice within 10 seconds of their turn.
  4. The team must be present at the venue on the given time slot.
  5. If the team is not present on the given slot then they are considered as disqualified and The registration fee will not be refundable.

REFEREE & GAME OFFICIALS

  1. A referee will oversee the game to ensure fairness.
  2. The referee’s decision is final in case of disputes.
  3. Any arguments or misconduct can lead to penalties or disqualification.
